What exactly does our company do?

For most estate & tag sales, we start working in the home a few weeks before the sale date to set up sale and pricing. We bring in tables to display the items to be sold. We also have portable shelving and lockable showcases to be used when necessary for your estate or tag sale. We offer a pre-sale clean-up service to set up the house so it will be a safe environment for the customers coming into the house on the estate or tag sale date.  Pricing is based on our knowledge of the market-place, a reference library and a network of individuals with expertise in specific areas of estate sales.We unload cabinets, closets, drawers and price items. We offer optional additional set up and pre-sale clean up time if need on a price per hour basis. 

Our services includeds local advertising in your area to generate traffic for your sale at no cost to you. We do offer additional advertising called the gold package which includes newspaper and website advetersing to generate even more customers to your sale.


What kinds of things do we sell?
We can sell virtually anything that is legal and safe to be sold at our estate and tag sales. We will clean, rearrange, organize, and attractively display all items including furniture, rugs, glassware, china, silver, books, linens, kitchen utensils, tools, and outdoor furnishings and more. On the days of the estate or tag sale, our personnel will be available for assistance. Inside and outside security can be provided, so we can control the number of customers allowed in the house at all times.
