What kinds of things do you sell?
We can sell virtually anything that is legal and safe to be sold. We use all methods to carefully research and appraise your valuables. We will clean, fix, rearrange, organize, and attractively display all items including furniture, rugs, glassware, china, silver, books, linens, kitchen utensils, tools, and outdoor furnishings. Each item is then priced separately. On the days of the sale, personnel will be available in all rooms for assistance and to ticket the items for purchase. Inside and outside security will be provided, and we will control the number of customers allowed in the house at all times.

What exactly does our company do?
For most Estate Sales and Tag Sales, We start working in the home six or more days before the sale dates, depending on the amount of work to be done. We bring in folding tables and table cloths to display the small items to be sold. We also have portable shelving and lockable showcases to be used when necessary during the tag sale. If needed we can do a pre-Sale clean up to set up the house so that it will be ready for us to come in and price all the items and set up for the sale. We unload cabinets, closets and drawers so that all items can be seen. This services also includes getting the house ready so it will be a safe environment for the customers coming into the house on the tag sale date.

After displaying the items to be sold, we price everything, either individually or using signs for large groups of items. Pricing is based on our knowledge of the market-place a reference library and a network of individuals with expertise in specific areas and estate sales.

We write and place all newspaper advertising you choose, we send out e-mail announcements to our subscriber list and post ads on online advertising sites to generate the most traffic for your tag sale. Please be sure to ask about our advertising options.
